Registration Information
Use the link below to download our 2009 - 2010 registration form. There is a $25.00 yearly registration fee per student/$50.00 per family. Tuition & Registration fees are non-refundable. Please make checks payable to Northern Ballet Theatre Dance Centre (NBTDC) @ 36 Arlington Street, Nashua, NH 03060. Once registration is received you will receive a letter in the mail.

Placement Evaluation
In the spring of 2002 NBTDC developed a new evaluation process to ensure that all students are placed in the appropriate class levels. Twice a year an evaluation board comprised of NBTDC instructors observes each class and each individual student to ensure proper placement for our students for the beginning of the year and upcoming year. Parents are then invited to have a conference with the board to discuss their child's progress.
Tuition
Tuition is based on Northern Ballet Theatre Dance Centre year (September 2, 2009- June 19, 2010 and is due on the first of every month. No refunds or credits will be given for any missed classes. Tuition can be paid by check, money order, and cash only. Cash should not be sent by mail. Always include the students name on the payment. A $15.00 late charge will be assessed on the 10th of the month if payment has not been made.
There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks
NBTDC does not pro-rate for missed classes. Students are required to attend all classes. Missed classes can be made up in the same level or a lower level if there is a class at another time. All missed classes must be made up within that month.
Dress Code
Hair must be pulled back from the face and secured neatly. No jewelry (other than pierced ear studs), Leg warmers, skirts will not be allowed in class. The following are required:
Girls: Pink tights, pink ballet slippers & pointe shoes.
Boys: White sleveless tank top, dance belt, black tights, white socks, black ballet slippers.
Parent & Tot: Appropriate dance wear
Pre-Dance: Pink leotard, Pink tights, slippers
Pre-Ballet: Light pink leotard with skirt, Pink tights,
Level 1 Ballet: Light blue leotard, pink tights
Level 2 Ballet: Dark purple leotard, pink tights
Level 3 Ballet: Candy pink leotard, pink tights
Level 4 Ballet: Burgundy leotard, pink tights
Level 4B Ballet: Royal blue leotard, pink tights
Level 6 Ballet: Black leotard, pink tights
Tap & Jazz: Black leotard, black jazz pants, tap shoes, jazz shoes
Modern: Leotard, tights, barefeet
Musical Theatre: Comfortable workout clothes
