Intermediate/Advanced Intensive Program

The intensive workshop atmosphere is tailored to meet the individual needs and aspirations of talented young dancers. The students receive a minimum of three dance classes daily plus rehearsal for the end-of -session repertory performance. To be part of this performance students must attend both weeks of the Intensive Program. The comprehensive curriculum includes daily ballet technique classes with supplementary classes in Pointe, Variations, Modern, Jazz, Tap and education seminar with topics such as nutrition, anatomy and movement concepts.

Tuition

The tuition for the Intermediate/Advanced Intensive Program  is $400 for one week and $650.00 for two weeks. Registration is required as space is limited. The registration form and tuition payment can be dropped off at the studio or mailed to:

Dance Wear Needed

Girls should wear black leotard, pink convertible tights, and pink ballet sippers, jazz shoes. Girls must have their hair pulled back into a bun. No jewelry or other dance attire is allowed.

Boys should wear black tights, jazz pants or sweat pants with a white tee shirt, black ballet slippers and jazz shoes.

What to Bring?

Students should bring a bag lunch. A refrigerator and microwave is available in the office. Poland Spring water is also available for purchase at the studio.

Arrival Time

Parents please be prompt when dropping off and picking up students.  Students must sign in and out at the office. NBTDC and its faculty are not liable for injury and do not assume responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property. Parents are responsible for informing the instructor of any physical limitations or allergies, which might prevent full participation in any class. Parents should also note that NBTDC is not responsible for providing day care for students before or after the designated hours of this dance program.
